And we're back..

Ok for those who don't know what this is, on Pokerstars on a few days during the week (friday is one of them) they have a slew of Micro buying ($1, $2, $3) multi table tournaments. So I organize a competition to see who can perform best in these tournaments for the night. Entry fee is $10, winner take all.

The scoring system is:
1% - 150 pts
2% - 145 pts
3% - 140 pts
...
29% - 10 pts
30% - 5 pts

w/ 25 bonus points for placing in the money and
w/ 5 bonus points for each place at the FT. An extra 10 points for 9th, 15 for 8th, 20 for 7th, 25 for 6th, 30 for 5th, 35 for 4th, 40 for 3rd, 45 for 2nd... and an extra 50 point bonus for winning so 100 points for 1st.
Alright, hopefully this works out.

(Thanks to GrinningBuddha for this)
-----
I'm listening to suggestions on the scoring system, if anyone has any ideas. (and if you were curious, i'd have won last week w/ this scoring system too..)
-----

Ok so these are the tournaments included:

9:45 PM No Limit HE $2
10 PM NL HE $1

Pretty much tell by villain's nothing bets on the flop and turn that the guy is a fish. I'm not sure what you could have done more to tell the guy, get out, your beat. But he had his pair and a 1/20 shot at the lowest possible diamond flush. So he's probably calling anything. Just tough luck.

Still playing the 11:00, got like 320 points and counting... plus about $1.73 in prize money locked up.

As I look at the results, I notice some people seem to be rounding their percentages down and some round up (up is correct, I think)... anyway, may want to clarify that next time you post the scoring system.

Alright... i don't use the %'s people give anyway, i just take the finishes and put it into the spreadsheet
