trouble from the blinds

I have played around 35,000 hands at 1/2 6max and am pretty confident in my game. I feel like I may be giving up too much in the blinds though and would like to get some advice from everyone.

My PT stats for the blinds are:
VPIP Win% BB/100 WTSD W$SD PFR%
BB- 17.65 22.7 (.12) 25.17 51.16 8.86
SB- 37.93 14.7 (.11) 31.7 55.86 20.2

Fold SB to steal: 80.5%
Fold BB to steal: 66.98%
