Folded to me in the CO and I raise TT. Button, a 30/23/1.5 player who tends to go to showdown a LOT (46% over a 5k hand sample), 3-bets. In the past he has shown the ability to bluff the flop and turn against me, but has not shown the ability to bluff all three streets. Folded to me and I cap.

Flop is Q77, with two clubs. I bet and he calls. The turn is an offsuit 8. I check, he bets, and I call. The river is the K/images/graemlins/spade.gif and I check-fold.

You're calling any non-J,K, or A or just c/f any non-T river?

does he slowplay against you a lot too or something? if he likes to bluff the turn against me i don't care if he raises.

I have a hard time seeing you being good on the river. Looks good.

EDIT- clubs are not spades. I'm liking a showdown more, but it feels kinda icky.

I bet the turn and show this one down. I put his preflop range at like: any pair, any ace, JT+.

I'm seeing a showdown with only 2 broadway cards here.

What about a turn check-raise? I definitely think you should either bet or check-raise the turn and bet the river.

I wouldn't fold the river here.

i think you can bet this turn. you showed a good deal of strength when you capped pf, imo he'd have to be a nut to pop this turn.

9s or AJ or a random ace right? Hmmmn, that turn check practically comitts us to SD but that K. I dunno, I think I go both ways on this depending.

I think the check means we're showing down a lot which is why I don't mind checkcall checkfolding, especially on a King when I've capped preflop. I think betcall checkfolding is probably better than checkcall checkfolding though. I'm still torn.
