Why don't I see pending bonus at TotalBet casino

I deposited 9-23 and have played 1/3 the WR. No info is listed in My Promotions tab. I do all the other Crypto's and this is the first month for TotalBet. Is there something different at this site? I have contacted via email. Results in white below.

TotalBet and UKBetting casinos don't show up under the promotions. Just complete the WR and it will automatically appear in your account.
