I think I've got it, so should I go with a spray, lotion or powder? I'm going to go to the pharmacy later today to pick some up and I will buy something based solely on the results of this poll.

Powder is good for prevention going forward. spray is good for curing it now.

Just use whatever John Madden is the spokesperson for. If anyone knows about athletes foot and jock itch it has to be Madden.

My wife was pissed when she read my Tinactin (SPRAY) can and realized it has the same active ingredient as yeast infection treatment at about a third the cost.

Obviously. If I had to drop $30 on something for jock itch, I'd just say [censored] it, I scratch my balls every 30 seconds anyway.

You have a wife? Then cheerleader saliva is not available. Wife saliva is not substitute either - too acidic.

it doesnt matter which one you use, just pick whichever you want. they all contain pretty much the same thing, an anti-fungal something or other.

most importantly with athletes foot or jock itch. continue to apply for about 2 weeks EVEN if the symptoms disapear. i made the mistake once of getting lazy after i seemed asymptomatic and it came back with a freaking vengeance.
