Villian is 42/7/.08 over ~700 hands. Seems pretty passive. River play?

To those who say bet-fold, do you consider check-calling at all? The possibility of villain having QQ-99 and trying to get tricky when the king pairs seems highly likely to me.

Not when he's this passive, no. I don't think he'll bet his QQ-99 a lot here, maybe even enough to check/fold but then you just lose value.
