Am I consuming too much sugar in a day?

Here's my typical daily routine:

Apple juice on subway.
Bagel with butter once I get to office.

Deli sandwhich and a snapple for lunch.

Snapple at night, a candy bar, and dinner (varies).

Id say that if you are the average american you are eating too much sugar. Your diet also seems in line with that, but Im strict, and try not to eat any refined sugar, it all comes from alcahol fruit and such. Its the refined white sugar/corn syrup/high fructose corn syrup etc, that need to stay away from.
