Assuming your vpip for these ranges alters from around 17% full table, to 25% 6 handed down to 60% heads up.

I don't think getting into specifics makes sense since there are other factors (and I don't have any empirical data anyway), but at a basic level, fewer players = weaker hands win at showdown = more showdows with weaker hands.
