i stay out of the way -- maybe limp, maybe fold

you're in great shape and the 2nd limper could easily call with something dumb since you can't kill him

You're in great shape, you really dont "need" to risk big here. I would stay out of the way and let them tangle. (well maybe limp) Losing here would cripple you, and most of the time you get called will be by a hand that dominates you. (sure you already knew that much)
