I hate pokerroom

I earned less than 400 points after playing for 3 days. I still have 1000 points to earn the 200 bonus. [censored] this. Im cashing out. Id rather destroy fish on pp skins then sit around with their horrible software waiting fot the bonus from hell to clear.

I have to agree and i never played there. I had a ton of trouble trying to sign up and customer support ended up wanting me to send them my drivers license and other info. THere are only 30 other sites i can choose from, why choose a mediocre site that is a pain in the butt to just sign up.

I would say that the best part of PR is that it has very fishy opponents (at least I have done very well there). EVERYTHING else is complete and utter garbage.

Clearing the PR bonus lower at games lower than $2/$4 is pretty painful. Their recent rake change also made the rake on the lower limit games pretty bad compared to other sites.

However, the players on PR are pretty bad too. I'm determined to clear the Hollywood (PR skin) $10,000 bonus and after 10 days of 2-4 tabling $2/$4 there I've earned more than 5500 points. I haven't put the hands into PT yet to see exactly how many hours I've played, but I'd have to assume I'm averaging maybe 3hrs per day.

For some insane reason I was trying to clear their $200 bonus that they dished out right before they changed the rake last month, and man this software is just scary tonight. I get tossed off tables while I'm sitting there, a few times the cards from the last hand are still showing on the table and all kinds of nonsense. Instead of raising the rake at Pokeroom to outrageous levels they should of fixed their software to make their games run faster and that would of got them more raked hands per hour instead of the unbearable slowness of their tables.

Pokeroom: home of the worst rake, worst software, and one of the worst bonuses on the net.

How many points do you need to receive the full $10,000?

What are some others sites that are Macintosh compatable such as the java interface as well as 18+ Pokerroom is currently the only one I know.

You need only 135000 Points to clear the rake.

I don't know what it is but I enjoy Pokerroom. Ive played there for about 3 years. Software always runs smooth for me. Seriously and the players are horrid there. Most other sites ive played on have crappier software IMO ( ie Royal Vegas poker, etc now thats crap ) I will be playing primarily at Party soon enough though.
