A friend of mine was playing a $50+5 and I was railbiring him.

Blinds at $50/100, my friend has t850 which puts him in the lower third of players remaining.

He gets dealt AQ in the cutoff, chip leader (t3000) minraises to t200 UTG. Is this an easy push? My friend seemed to think it was, but I like folding and then pushing with perhaps a more marginal hand when I have folding equity. Am I way off in my assessment here?

Chipstacks? How many left? Reads? Has the big stack been minraising a lot?

My mistake. 7 players left. As mentioned, blinds are at 50/100, Hero has t850 or 950 left (It was in my original post, can't remember the exact number.) No reads to speak of.

gotta have reads man
it's fricking level 4, if you don't have reads, then you can't know how to play this. This is so player dependant.

With no reads its probably a fold, if u think your ahead its a push regardless of fold equity.

Unless the guy is really tight, and usually chip leaders at this stage are not, I push this almost always. (Or unless I know a mini raise from this guy means a monster).
