Quads rarely pay off, if ever. I would've raised on the turn. Either it's going to pay off, or it's not. At least if they call the turn raise you know they are probably calling a river bet as well.

I don't think you played it bad, but there are other ways to play it too.

very unusual spot for the BB to minraise on a complete bluff, he probably likes his hand here. Id raise the pot.
