This is from a $30 rebuy on party, was wondering if you guys think this is a good time to bluff raise the river. No real reads because I wasn't paying good enough attention.

This seems read dependent. If he won't fold an ace on the river, its a bad play. I dont know how you are representing a flush this hand, if you are aggressive at all, you would have bet the flop or turn with a flush draw, so if your opponents somehow doesn't put you on a flush, but an ace or something less, he's going to call you enough for this to be a bad spot to bluff (if he has an ace). I don't like it, but if you succeeded and I'm wrong, nice play.

Isnt that like the pot calling the kettle black?

To the jackal, I'd play a flush draw exactly like this, bet the flop, check turn, push river. The only thing is that I wouldn't play an A like this because a raise will only get me called by a better hand in my opinion, so with a hand like AK or AJ I'd just call the river. The good thing is that this person probably doesn't know this and is probably just assuming the A hit me and his 9 or Q is no good.

I'm sorry, I somehow didn't see that you bet the flop, which changes the hand dynamics. It still depends on the player and if he would lay down an ace in this spot (that is his most likely holding I think). If he wouldn't, I don't like the play. It's nice though for the time when you do have the flush or straight and he pays you off. Just don't bluff bad players, it goes right over their heads.
