The Yellow Kill Bill Jumpsuit

My girlfriend has a birthday coming up soon, and I want to get her the yellow jumpsuit worn by Uma in Kill Bill vol 1 - complete with shoes and leather jacket. I've been doing some searching around on the web, and so far everything I've found are cheap halloween costumes, or the Bruce Lee version (which cuts off the sleves at the elbow).

Anybody have any ideas where I can get ahold of a quality jumpsuit, jacket, and shoes?
