This was taken from the Royal Vegas Poker Promo Rules Page (http://www.royalvegaspoker.com/TermsPromos.asp)

Danish players are always welcome at our Poker Room, but owing to severe ongoing abuse of promotional offers, by players emanating from Denmark, we have no choice but to exclude all Danish residents from all of our promotional offers.

Now thats some funny [censored]

BTW, has anyone ever deposited and withdrawn money from here.... any problems?

All internet casinos have had such a stipulation for as long as I can remember.

Yes...they are all bonus whores. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

Are you for real?.... I never bothered to look at the fine print of the sites I know to be well respected. I find this unbelievable, it seems like pure racism. How could it be that one nationality takes advantage of these offers so much more than another? Does their equivalent of USA Today regularly report deposit bonuses?
I hope they dont block 2+2 members from taking advantage of them next /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif

Yes, I'm serious. I've never noticed it at online poker rooms, but definitely at internet casinos. Typically the bonus requirements for a Danish player are 2-3x that of a normal player.

I don't know why they are allowed to do this.

Being from Denmark, I can tell you what this is all about... About a year ago a nationwide TV channel had a portrait of a guy running a casino portal. The idea with the portal was that it collected information about the various bonuses around the net, making it very easy for people to see where the could get the highest bonus.

Afterwards a lot of these portals has appeared, and a lot of people are apparently using them. So I guess that is why people from Denmark are always banned from getting bonus. However, this is the first time I have seen it on a poker site, and I certainly hope it is the last as well :)

Thats odd, there are so many of those portals in the US and around the world, and everyone has access to them via the web..... why would thay ban one countys citizens.
Furthermore I thought the point of the deposit bonus was to bring in customers??? I also thought that in general bonuses are designed to give back the juice, or the casino edge, or the rake over a certain period of time (essentially a break even for the site).

Also, Homer what the hell are you doing at a casino site /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif ..... be very very careful /forums/images/icons/wink.gif
