Yeah, it's a myth that frankly the English don't care to try and change (cos we really don't care what others think).

Before I go ahead with the poll, the format seems questionable.

Originally I had it that you choose 50 from the 55 and each subsequent round you would choose say 45 from 50 etc.

Naturally the first couple of rounds is alot of 'box clicking' but I felt the results would be more accurately calculated that way, however many apprently favoured an 'elimination' style format where you choose the 5 you don't wish to proceed to the next round.

So what format do you prefer, I won't post the poll until a format is decided, it's OOT's descision.

Just do the format [censored] used for the Miss OOT thing. Match up each of the 55 with each other, keeping track of each person's wins and losses. If you do five matchups per week and go through the entire field this way you should have it narrowed down by sometime in 2009. Good luck!

Ok, I appreciate you guys giving imput.

It's clear the original 'keeper' method (though good and arguably the fairest) was too time consuming for most (especially me who would have to add up the thing).

Now the alternatives are:

- Groups - 1 or 2 from 5 advance. (see above)
- Opposite of 'keeper' format, choosing 5 at a time to go. (vote off the 5 most picked to be eliminated in a round)

Groups makes it easier on me to add up, but then there's always the "this was a hard group/you got an easy group" line. (which does have a point though)

Up to you guys, at the end of the day I'd rather OOT collectively decide what the best format is because after all, this sh#t is for us all for fun while we play poker, so I want us all to like the format.
