Any suggestions when it seems every exit out of tournaments over the last week (probably last 10 tournaments) have been "bad beats"? Recommend taking a break, grinding through?

keep going, breaks are for bad players. if you can handle variance in poker there is nothing else you can't handle. Drop down in buyin amount though.

It is absolutely, positively a good thing if every bustout is on a bad beat. It's a lot worse, for example, if you are constantly getting in your money with dominated hands.

Get the chips in earlier and with worse hands. Be the suckouter, not the suckoutee.

Seriously though too many people focus on bust-out hands where they had the best of it, but don't want to remember the bleeding of chips they did earlier, or other hands they misplayed etc. So just cause you went out when you were in front doesn't mean you're playing flawlessly.
