Forgive me if this is obvious... I normally play cash games.

Empire 50 SNG

6 or 7 people left.. I think everyone covers me.
blinds 75/150, around halfway through this level.
I have T750
I am in the CO

I get K2s

It's folded to me. Do I push or fold?

Marginal play, but I say go for it. You won't get called by a hand that doesn't beat yours except maybe QJ or QT or something. However, you need to add blinds onto your stack badly. I doubt you'll get called, and you might get another orbit to find a good one. Even if you do get called, you have at least one live card /images/graemlins/grin.gif

You're an optimist, I like that. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

can we have blind stacks (or make it up)?

An easy fold most of the time. Very tight players or small stacks might change the situation.

SnG power tools says it is a push. I guessed that everyone left had him covered. I used 44+,A7s+,A9o+,KJs+ as the call range for the button and SB, and used 22+,A2s+,A3o+,KTs+,KJo+,QJs as the call range for the BB.

Admittedly, I can't remember the exact stack sizes...

However, I believe the three behind me were in the 1200-1750 range. Let's assume they were for sake of discussion.

I fold this, although pushing is fine.

Wtf, really? Maybe I should buy it, then. I wouldn't push anything worse than K7-K9 or something like that here.

That's about lowest two that I'd push from the CO against average players. This is assuming that nobody behind is desperately short or huge.

if you have it handy, can you tell us by how much it's a push? it'll give a sense of whether Q2s etc is also a push.

around halfway through this level.

I know this is annoying of me, but I suspect that the 'around' is very important here.

If we can fold through the blinds (Assuming we dont find two cards to push, which we're hoping to) We'll still have 525 when it hits 100/200. I think that is still a workable stack (in a very marginal sense of the word) and that we can easily get back into the game by pushing 525, getting called by a blind and winning an 1100-1200 pot.

If the blinds hit us at 100/200, we fold through leaving 450, This now feels just the wrong side of the line.
