I need Advice

Hi Everyone,

I'm planning to take a little poker vacation at the beginning of July - my options include Atlantic City and Foxwoods. Which would you recommend? Any advice welcome. Thanks.

Although I play mostly at the Taj and Trop in AC, I would suggest going to the Foxwoods resport casino..to play poker.

Atlantic City does offer the world famous boardwalk so you may want to take that into consideration.

I would go to Atlantic City because I like the beach. AC games are usually pretty soft in the summer.

OTOH, Hotels are more expensive at that time of year around AC and you get more traffic.

I play at Foxwoods weekly, and if u are looking for a comfortable poker room with all the games u desire, u will not be disappointed. Also if u have never been to foxwoods it is something to see, anything u want is available, in a relaxing environment.

Depending on what you like, the games are pretty good in AC, but the areas outside the casino are an absoulute s***-hole in my opinion. If you just want to gamble and play poker AC is cool, if you want to do other things you may want to check out someplace else.

Also, hotel rooms at both places are quite expensive. AC especially during the summer.
