One limper to me on button with 22 and I call, SB calls, BB checks.

Flop 3 3 2 rainbow, pot: 40

Checked to me, I bet 25, SB folds, BB (unknown) raise to 50, limper folds, I raise to 75, BB calls.

Turn: 3 3 2 Q fourth suit, pot: 190

BB checks, I bet 100, BB calls

River 3 3 2 Q K, pot: 390

BB checks, I bet 200, BB raise to 400, what now? Is this a no-brainer all-in?

I wouldn't say no brainer depending on the effective stack sizes. No raise preflop makes it harder for me to believe he has QQ or KK, which are only 2 hands which I'd be afraid of here. Nevertheless, you have a full house, and he hasn't really shown much strength unless he's trappy, and if he's in there with the ace high flush, hes going to pay off your all in most likely. His check raise on the end makes me think that's his most likely holding, as he was just trying to give you a chance to bluff/bet a king highflush, since you've taken the lead. I would push with less than 600 left or reraise about the size of hte pot on end if you have more than...2k..your hand definantly looks good, and you should win a nice pot.

In reality what did he have?

that flop 3 bet is awful.

i dont particularly think its a no-brainer all in...considering the villain is the BB in a unraised pot pre-flop, wouldn't you be worried he could possibly have a hand like Q3/K3 hence his strong play on the flop....i'd want to get as much possible out of the pot but also wouldn't want to necessarily go broke

sorry - forgot stacksizes - BB has 500 left after his 400 bet and I cover.

hmmmm... actually I agree! This is a very rare way to play for me, but I hoped to tease him into a big bet if he had a 3. The other part is that I'm afraid he will fold a medium pair, so I choose the 3rd min raise to make it look like a "feeler bet", like "who has the bigger pocketpair".

After the hand, I see that it was very bad. He had a 3 and probably didn't want to scare me off.

3 bet the flop to $200-$250 (he likely puts you on a mid-pair if he has a 3), pot the turn.

Since it played this way, call the river. It's very possible he has Q3, K3, 2 3.

I just called his raise on river. He showed J3 and I took the 1200 pot.

As one mention, he is BB and I didn't like to face K3 or Q3, but after the hand, I think I should have moved in for his last 500. I think he would call with any 3 and KK or QQ is not a likely hand the way it was played.

You played it good, villian's river-raise is horrible with just trips.
