Stars $3+R sat to the Sunday $700K.
I'm in good shape, about 1.5x the average stack. Villain is loose as a goose, very passive, and very bad, but has stumbled into a huge stack.
Hero is UTG with QQ, and raises 3BB.
Folded to villain, who calls. I put him on any two broadway, maybe a pocket pair.
Flop: 962
I think he's going to stab at the pot, and decide to play it check-call, lead any flop. Mistake?
Villain bets 1/2 pot, Hero calls.
Turn: A
Hero throws up a little, and leads out for 1/2 the pot. My logic was that if he doesn't have an ace, he's going to have a very hard time calling the bet. Villain calls.
River is a brick. Hero checks, knowing that: a) any bet will be called; b) Villain isn't good enough to bet unless he has an ace, and probably not even then.
Villain checks.
Thoughts?
