Stupid question. I should know this.

What is the Bankroll req. for SNG's?
How many buyins should you have in your account for a certain limit?

Thanks ahead

As with many questions, "It depends".

How comforable are you? Do you understand varience? What level do you play?

Some say all you need is "one buyin", which is true enough. IF you want to play seriously I would recommend 30 - 50 so long as you will step down levels if you go on a big slide. Some recommend 100, and some 10. Its up to you.

EDIT: Read the FAQ.

Assuming the typical 50/30/20 payout, To be a winning player (i.e., to make money) you need to finish ITM at least 25-50%. 5-10 buyins should be more than sufficient, but you'll need more if you're not making those goals yet.

30-50? If you're busting out that frequently without making the final three, maybe you need to take a serious look at your game.

We should disable all posting to new accounts until the FAQ page has been read.
