For any of you who play on prima or ladbrokes have you ever seen how many of the mini view style tables you can play at one time???

cheers

p.s. anyone know of any good deals for the dell monitor for people who live in the u.k.

I have 2x 19" monitors and can (just about) fit 15 screens.

That's 3 rows of 5 with the middle of those 5 split across the two screens, and an amount of overlap top and bottom to fit in the 3 rows. But that overlap doesn't block any of the playing or betting area so really isn't an issue (and the middle screen split across the 2 monitors is no problem).

If you haven't already bought your monitors then I'd definitely recommend to go as big as possible - 19" is probably a little too small for comfort - not so much for Prima / Lads but more for Party (can't fit 4 tables on 1 screen without overlap).

I'd be very interested to see what other replies you get, especially wrt deals on monitors.

Oh and make sure you check the resolution capacity of the monitors and the graphics card. I think (I stand corrected if wrong) you need min 1900 x 1200 to fit 4x Party on 1 monitor. And any 20" or 21" should easily fit 15 Prima screens - you can't realistically play more than that as they don't have enough tables at the same level.

The size of the monitor is unimportant, the resolution is what you want... If we are talking about 2001fp it is 1600*1200. Miniview is 512*365 so 9 tables would fit without overlap (can't people learn to do the math....). Max tables on a standard skin on prima is 5, but there are with 8 also. This will be the last "will it fit/what res do i need" i will answer, and the last i hope to see... This forum is clogged by the same questions every day it seems.

to be fair, the math isn't that clear to me.

a Party table is 800x600, right? and you need 1600x1200 to 4 table.

the calculation to prove why this is true probably isn't that difficult, but I'll admit I don't know how to do it.

Take the resolutions first number (1600, width of the screen) devide it by 800 (width of the table), you get 2 (if you get a number like 2.3455 or something, just skip what is after the .), now take the other number (1200, height of the screen) and divide by the second number of the table size (600), so 1200/600 = 2.

So the screen will fit two side by side and two up and down. Two times two is 4. Four total.

With 1600*1200 and mini view it will be 1600/512 witch is 3.125, witch we round down to 3. Now take 1200/365 witch is 3.xxx so round it down to 3. 3 times 3 is 9, so nine total tables.

Thanks for the answer mymindisgoing. Sorry if it has been asked before i do not regularly check this forum. Anyway 9 tables will be plenty for me so 1600 x 1200 resolution is what i want.

thanks again

How the hell do you get mini-view on Prima sites? I've never seen this feature.

Go to a table, press menu/change table size/mini view

Over 100 total. (80%+ are shorthanded). There are no $25 (witch would be called 0.1/0.25 on prima) though, closest are 0.10/0.20

about 9-10 full ring games at $100 on a typical weekday night. More over weekend. $50 around the same maybe a couple more.
