2/4 vis-a-vis 5/10

Talking specifically about internet poker, and the Party skins in particular, if you are a successful 2/4-3/6 player, how different is the 5/10 game, only considering full ring games?

In other words, are there skills a 5/10 player has, that a 2/4ish player doesn't? If so, what are those skills?
