This guy was 55/11 with WTSD at 35%. Give up on the river?

I don't think your bet on the river accomplishes anything here. He will most likely fold all worse hands and call with those that beat you. I would check-call this instead, in case he bluffs a busted flush draw.

I like the other streets, though.

I agree with all of this.

In answer to the OP's question, the preflop call is not too aggro, the turn lead bet is good since TT might very well be the best hand so it's not too aggro, but the river bet is really unnecessary - but even the river bet isn't too aggro, it's just not as good as check/call in this particular instance out of position with a decent underpair.

looks fine. i assume the river bet is a blocker?

I actually thought of it more as a value bet. Considering the guy is a calling station.

Check-call (a reasonable bet) might be better.

I don't see the benefits of a check/call on the river. Say you check, villain senses your weakness and pots it. Are you going to call $25 here?

The bet on river still gives you a chance of villain folding (be it very small), it's also a good blocker, and will almost double your profit on the hand if your tens are good.

With villain calling you - I'm still not sure he's got you beat. Since you indicated he's the calling station type, wouldn't be suprised if he turns over a lower pair with some sort of draw.

I kinda like this line. Don't see much problems. I prefer the river bet over a check as well, but it is somewhat opponent dependant.

Check the turn to induce a bluff, or bet less, $6 or so that he "have to" call with a weaker hand than yours.
