I call him down. UTG+1 could have anything. Don't worry about him. BB is representing trip nines, but I wouldn't give him this pot. He could be overplaying a smaller pocket pair. AA is too strong to lay down against players this weak.

It's rather hi actually. It's something a lot of people don't take into account. The AGG changes with the Pre flop %.

a 1.00 is WAY looser with a 58% flopper then with a 22% flopper.
