Eurobet hand history concern

I am using Eurobet for the rakeback and having troubles with the Hand Histories. I realize SNG HH are saved on my HD but they are only being saved until I leave the table. The emailed HH are being sent to the EUrobet email account and I cant get those into Pokertracker.

What are people doing with Eurobet and pokertracker?

You can save them in .txt and the import if you really need them. I just use PT to collect the HH until I leave, the new version will even figure out the size SNG you are playing and put the summary in if you leave early.

Hmm.. didn't have newest.

But it will let you leave early and still get a full history?

They emessage you the entire SnG history, or they do when it's working.

It doesn't give you the full HH. You only get the hands up until you leave but now you don't have to go in and put the summary in.

If you feel that you need the entire HH you can either keep the table open until it is over or request one and then import it in .txt format.

This may be a hijack or it may be related - I'm having problems with my ring game HHs from Eurobet. I just started playing there this month. I know how much I deposited and I know how much I have in there now - I'm down $40 for the month. But PT says I'm down $170??? My rakeback site says I've payed more in rake than PT. The last couple hours I'm up $40 but PT says only $14.
Why am I missing hands? I import every 3 minutes as I play.

Edit: I searched and I see that HHs from "Crash 'N Burn" table won't save to hard drive. That must be the problem. Although I dont' think I ever had a problem at other skins...hmmm....

Connection problems? Missing the hands that you need to manually request after a disconnect? It happens almost every day that I play there...
