Firepay

I recently had my hotmail account hacked into, and am trying to cancel a bunch of bank account links that are used through my hotmail. I am keeping Neteller, because I have changed my password, and use their service a lot. However, I want to cancel Firepay. I can't find a link or email address or anything on how to do this ... can anyone help me out?

goto firepay website, click on help. Select one of the topic(any topic in the category of your question), click on send your question to customer service in the pop up window.
