Hand converter help

I just CAN'T get the damn converter to work for me. I'm using a PP hand history from a PP email..Tried the hand history from my computer' dard drive.....won't work.
Before I tear out what little hair I have....HELP.
I'm running XP.

it doesn't work with firefox, so make sure you're using IE.

Still no go....any other ideas??? I'd like to post some hand histories for analysis.
