I'm not exactly sure what a MILF party is but the term MILF has been around quite a bit longer than the movie American Pie.

The term "MILF" was in broad us long before the movie "American Pie". In the '70's my friends and I used the term liberally when discussing the attributes of the more attractive moms. It rarely failed to upset the sons of the subjects of conversation.
