View Full Version : Question about Rake schedules

05-12-2003, 10:16 AM
I've been playing some 2-4 Hold'em lately and I've noticed that the rake schedules at some Poker Rooms varies depending on the number of players. My question is, is the number of player the number of seated (active) players at the table or the number of players putting money in the pot in order to see the flop?

This is because of the number of players dealt into the hand.

It came about due to complaints of high rake when 2 handed but not at a heads up table, and sites slowly adjusted their rake schemes accordingly.

Paradise rake schedule.

Tables of limits $2/$4 through $10/$20*
No. of
players
$20 pot $40 pot $60 pot Max.
2-3 $1 - - $1
4-5 $1 $1 - $2
6 + $1 $1 $1 $3

Hope you can decipher that, I still have no idea how to tabulate on this forum, maybe you get that power at 2000 posts.
