Posting in all caps turns people off. It's like going into a room, and screaming your question at everyone. You think you're going to get an answer that way?

Unless you need money instantly, or need to convert currencies, yes, it's free

It's better than free, you get Neteller points as an added gift.

That's better. Ok, I don't know Firepay, so I can't answer that one. Neteller is free if you don't use the InstaCash option; you set up your bank account, make your deposit, and a few days later, the money shows up in your Neteller account. At this point, you can deposit to any site that accepts it, and it usually shows up right away (though there are sometimes delays for whatever reason). InstaCash gets the money into your Neteller account instantly, but there is a fee, I think it's around 10% (9.7 is the number in my head, but I could be wrong). Some sites will pay the fee for you, if you go through their cashier; I believe Absolute does this, and others may be able to give you some other sites.

Someone did the math a while back on their value based on the odds of you winning a sweepstakes. Its quite low.

There has been at least one 2+2'er who won it, a few months ago, and posted it (and he won the monthly drawing).

Nobody wins those things. It's a scam like how AA never wins on PArty Poker

Yes!?!! In fact, once you make a deposit you will have to wait a few days before the EFT clears!!!! I like exclamation points too!!!?! ALTHOUGH THEY'RE NOT AS COOL AS TYPING IN ALL CAPS.
