Villain has given away a lot of chips in the past two orbits on failed bluffs. He's bound to go out in the next 5 orbits and I want some of his chips before he's out. No reads on other players.

I'm very happy to fold this and wait for a better spot.

However if you wanted to call it, it would be very difficult for any thinking players to call behind you and they could quite easily fold middle pairs and the suchlike to make your call a kind of bluff-call.

I'm guessing that if this is a mid limit game then you can probably make the play, although it wouldn't be to my taste because whatever happens, he gets to see your cards and so you are not encouraging him to continue.

The flop push is good, but the pf raise is a little scary I think. Probably okay, but you've got a very awkward stack for a 325 raise.
