How do I get around this as a Canadian? I mean, it's still possible todo the bonus, but you lose $32 of your bonus because of going through neteller (and get your hourly rate divided by 5!!!).
Can you deposit through your bank as a canadian without getting hosed on the exchange?
If you deposit in that manner, can you at least cash out through neteller?
