Villain in this hand was about 55/15. Postflop he had been trying to dick people around a bit, but he had also shown down some solid hands. Sooo he's been kind of erratic.

check-raise i think....a lot of times a bet shuts them down and he won't raise it enough for you to 3bet IMO.

I check-raised (it seemed instinctive at the time), but wheh I posted the hand I wondering that against his possible hand ranges if I would get 3bet too often.

I would just call here with AJo aganst a lot of players preflop. I would check-raise river.

2 questions:

1) For those who don't 3 bet pre-flop, is your default play to, after missing, check-raise the flop and lead the turn?

2)If you check raise the river, do you fold to a 3-bet from an erratic player?
