I'm in a 5+1 NL holdem mini steps tournament on PP and have 750 chips. Ten players still remaining and the blinds are at 15/30. I get AK /images/graemlins/club.gif in middle position and raise to 95, the guy immediately behind me calls with a stack that has mine covered and everyone else folds. Flop comes J /images/graemlins/club.gif 8 /images/graemlins/club.gif 5 /images/graemlins/heart.gif. I bet out 125 and get raised to 385. With two overs and a nut flush draw what is the move here?

at this point, there's 600 or so in the pot and you've got 500 or so left. you need to get the rest of your chips in with the nut flush draw and 2 overs.

Definitely get all-in on the flop. Worst case scenario is that he has a set, giving you have eight outs and making you dodge redraws. But you're favored or even against any single pair (QQ, TT, QJ, JT) that doesn't have you reverse dominated, and likely aren't worse than 40% against anything else. Heck, he could have a worse draw too. Or if he doesn't, he might fold to your all-in if an ace/king/club comes out. At this low a buy-in, I think anything except re-raising all-in here is wrong.
