What is your move without reads? I just called to keep it slow, then ready to fire on the turn if no heart comes...

Hmmm. Push. SB could have quad deuces or a set of Kings, both are unlikely. Both players have shown a willingness to play this pot for significant portions of their stacks so far. You can't fold. There is no reason to call here as your hand isn't likely to get any better and your opponents appear to either be in love with their hand or be on draws. Push. Be happy.
