I'm starting to look into building a new system and have been pricing out video cards. I'm going with 2 2001FPs so I need dual DVI. Is it better to go with a AGP or PCI-express video card?

PCI not express. AGP is going the way of the dinosaur. PCI Express is really the best for video games. Poker software is not that graphics intensive. Just a normal PCI slot is all that is required unless you are a gamer. PCI express isn't that much better than regular PCI anyway.

PCI Express. AGP uses a lot of bandwidth on the PCI buss, and shares an IRQ which may conflict with a PCI card (such as a gigabyte LAN). PCI-EXPRESS actually is a much more efficient method of interfacing with the processor, and therefore shows less strain (quicker windows opening/closing, will slightly help your poker game).
