I'm new to the table and have no read on CO. Judging from his preflop play in this hand my guess is he is no TAG/LAG and I think the turn raise will very rarely be a free showdown play.

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 7/images/graemlins/club.gif, Q/images/graemlins/club.gif.
1 fold, MP calls, CO calls, 1 fold, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif, Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 3/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (4 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP checks, CO bets, Hero raises, BB folds, MP folds, CO calls.

Turn: (4 BB) 5/images/graemlins/club.gif (2 players)
Hero bets, CO raises, Hero calls.

River: (8 BB) 5/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero calls.

Can I fold this anywhere? Seems like a power raise and I got no kicker. Is this 99 often enough?

No. I think you played it fine. I see a better Q more often than 99.
