I purchased (downloaded)statking on 8/13/2005 based on a recommendation from this site. Two weeks later my computer crashed and I lost everything I ever put on my computer. I emailed conjelco (weinstock@conjelco.com) three times now asking if they would replace the software. I have received no replies to the three emails. I called the number on their website and was told all they could do was email customer service for me. (nothing more than I have done myself).
Given that no disc is available when purchasing statking, I think it is reasonable to ask for a replacement or at least a reduced price for a second download 2 weeks after original purchase.
any suggestions on how to proceed would be appreciated.
