No, lead for at least $10 yourself. What do you do if he bets something weak like $7? To make sure the pot gets big, you have to be the one making the bets, not hoping your opponent will bet big for you. Plus, he's the PFR - he could very well raise with AK here, or the off-chance of KT.

Bet, call a raise, then determine how to best get it in on the turn. I like betting/calling a raise, betting 1/2 or 2/3 pot on the turn

Lead flop. It's tough making money off of very strong hands when you're out of position. Leading out will get the most money in on the flop in the long run.
