Not sure where else to put this...it's in regards to a computer game that plays hold em. This is good enough of a forum haha. Anyway, I'm playing Poker Superstars Deluxe where you play hold em against AI of all of the pros who played in this select tournament back in February. Sometimes I find the AI to be extremely disturbing/insulting to the pros....here's an example:
Me - AK(diamonds)
Johnny Chan - ?????
Let's see how the game insults the legend.
I limp in under the gun since anybody raises with any Ace or Paint-Paint in this game.
Flop - K-10-8 (rainbow)
I bet out, he raises, I re-raise, he calls.
Turn - A second 8.
I bet out, he raises, I call. You can't put the computer on a hand since it plays so inconsistently.
River - 9.
I bet, J.C. raises, so I go all in. He calls with...
45 suited. I'm sure Chan would call down with 5 high EVERY time he were raised all in. Anybody else play this game? Yahoo has it for free...I play it anytime I've hit cold cards or bad beats online just to feel better about myself. But sometimes it's ridiculous.
