Calling 3 cold

Not an actual hand. Assume a typical 2/4 or 3/6 game with no reads.

2 folds, UTG+2 Limp, MP1 Limp, MP2 Raises, MP3 3bets, CO folds

I make the fold easily with Jacks but Queens I end up capping it most of the time? Anyone have any thoughts?

Stats on the players would really really help in making my decision. You will have position the entire hand so I think in general capping is right.

Lol. When I read the title of this thread I thought to myself "he better have queens". I think cold-calling here is okay but I think capping is better, especially since we have position here.
