this is 3 handed so a read is very important. as for preflop i prefer a real re raise or just a call of his min raise. leading the flop is good. after he checkraises all in u run into a tough decision. if my math is right u r getting ~1 1/2 to 1 with TPGK and a flush draw. i think u r behind here but, i think u need a read to assign a range and make a decision.

As soon as he checked raised me all in, i thought he had AA, well that was my read, but i have to call here right my pot equity is like 49.50% on the flop right?

There is little doubt he has an overpair here...however, there is a chance he has AQ as well, and may be donating. I personally have trouble getting away from a flop where I have about 14 outs. Villian is obviously trying to pretect his hand. If you are gonna raise pre-flop, raise it for reall, about 8-10.
