My plan by checking the flop (assuming usaone82 would very likely bet) was to check raise him all in. but then after the action from kalakas i was put to a decision.

would you have played this hand any differently? and given the sitiuation, is this an auto-fold? thanks

First of all, raise AKo preflop, I really don't like the limp. If usaon82 then reraises before the flop and isn't a complete donk the flop would be easier to play, since you're really only ahead of AQ and JJ there.

Anyway, after I raise it preflop I'd bet out on that flop. TPTK is always nice, but there are many hands that fit that board. Against one opponent I'd also consider check raising all-in, but I don't really like it against two.

Now, since you check and see all this action I think you can easily muck this one, especially since you don't even have any diamonds. There are LOTS of hands that fit that board perfectly and has you drawing to just a few outs, and even if your hand is good at the moment there are quite a few nice draws that could kill you.
