Bdog Poker 7-Handed

I raise with ATo from CO, Maybe Loose/Straightforward

Aggression Postflop Button cold calls. Loose passive

SB also calls.

Flop is 782 (6.67SBs) with 2 spades and I have the T of

spades. SB leads, I call, Button raises, we all call.

Turn is T (6.18BBs) not a spade. Checked to Button who

bets we call.

River is 4 (9BBs) not a spade. SB checks and I bet.

I wonder if I played the whole hand good.

I don't think the flop call is a good one because one of your aces might be dead. So you would have 3 T outs and 2 A outs. In addition any /images/graemlins/spade.gif could be killing you.

Do you mean checkraise?

Personally, I lead the turn. The offsuit T was a great card for you, better than an A certainly. If the button was raising with A8 or 99, he might check behind, afraid of the overcard. He might also check behind a straight draw. Having the turn checked through would be terrible.

I think we need to lead or c/r the turn. I prefer lead as the flop raise could have been for a free card. If he slow rolled an overpair or flopped a set so be it, we lose a bet.

BTW, how are the games on Bodog? I do sports betting there but have no tried poker?

Donkbetting the turn seems like the best play now. For whatever reason I didn't really think Button was on a draw or he'd continue betting his draw. I don't know.

The games are okay.

Why not raise the flop?

Yeah I tend err on the side of caution. It really really blows if this gets checked through. Button is going to call with any draw or made hand he has, SB is calling with whatever he has. Why didn't you c/r the turn?
