I'm an inexperienced no-limit player and this is my first 2+2 post. No read on villain - this is only my eighth hand at the table.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $.25 BB

Button ($36.85)
Villain ($26.45)
BB ($22.40)
UTG ($78.75)
Hero ($24.40)
MP ($16.02)
CO ($2.90)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q/images/graemlins/club.gif,Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif. SB posts a blind of $.10.
UTG calls $.25, Hero raises to $1.00. 3 folds, Villain calls $.90, 2 folds.
Is this raise too small? I guess according to the 5/10 rule he made a correct call, even though he was OOP?

Flop: ($2.50) 4/images/graemlins/club.gif,5/images/graemlins/spade.gif,8/images/graemlins/club.gif: (2 players)
Villain checks, Hero bets $2.50, Villain calls $2.50.
Made a PSB here to discourage flush draw. Should I have overbet the pot?

Turn: ($7.50) 2/images/graemlins/club.gif (2 players)
Villain checks, Hero bets $3.00, Villain calls $3.00.
I guess I should have checked here, but felt like if I bet and he had hit his flush he would raise and I could fold

River: ($13.50) (2 players)
Villain bets $7.00, Hero calls $7.00
When I wasn't check-raised on the turn, I felt like I had to call. Is this an easy fold?

Final Pot: $27.50.

Of course, he showed down the T /images/graemlins/club.gif,9 /images/graemlins/club.gif

I like checking behind on the turn and calling a reasonable bet on the river.

don't forget you have a possible redraw with the Q clubs and I would hate to get checkraised on the turn and not have a chance at seeing the river.

Appreciate the advice. I just realized I forgot to post the river card, which was the 5/images/graemlins/diamond.gif pairing the board.

Good raise preflop, although with one limper you might want to go to 1.25 (4xBB+1/limper).

Good continuation bet on the flop. Overbetting is not necessary.

Check behind on the turn to take a free card.

Call any reasonable bet on the river, or check behind if checked to. Reasonalbe is up to about 3/4 pot, or maybe up to a full pot if the pot is still small because you checked behind on the turn. Fold to a bigger bet from villain on the river.
