Bet $18. It's a weird amount, and I know that you might as well push, but a lot of players will call it simply because it ISN'T a push. Then bet your last $4 in the river and expect to get paid off by a poorly played AA/KK/AQ.

You have raise more the first time. Minraising to $1 is unacceptable.

I agree. A raise to 2$ makes more sense.

I understand calling here instead, but what does 14$ instead of 10$ here do? What hand that can call 10$ will fold to 14$ in this spot??
