1st hand. How few chips do you have left? A minraise means a lot of hands here, and I think A3 is good enough to push back with.

2nd Hand: You have AJs with <5x BB. Not pushing is dumb.

2nd hand is an autopush. 1st hand is closer but still you got push with the ace, especially given the blind size.
