Eurobet Hand History problem

I accidently played a session at Crash "N Burn.

For anyone who doesn't know, hand histories from this table don't get written to your hard drive because the quote in the name isn't a valid filename character.

Anyways, When I request the hh's from Eurobet, they tell me they don't have the capability of sending hh's other than ithe last 100. When I contact Party, they tell me that my account doesn't exist and that I need to contact Eurobet..

Any ideas for getting these HH's for this particular session I am missing?
